The 130-metre runway was pure genius. It allowed the perfect opportunity to get a second glance at one of his amazing gowns, not to mention, coming in handy if you happen to miss one of them! Some of those models walked past so quick I had only caught a glimpse of the bodice and missed the rest.
The collection itself was named 'Arabian Princess'. At first I was a little unimpressed with the collection not actually living up to it's theme, but I then understood once Alex expressed his vision and mentioned that it was his 'interpretation' of what an Arabian Princess' would look like.
The detailing on some of the gowns was exquisite. Lots of glitz and glamour I think. An abundance of heavily sequined gowns, lace nudes, feathered masterpieces, structured wonders, lilac tulles, frills and ruffles.
I have attached some of the shots I took with my camera (sorry about the quality), but I will soon post runway shots once I have sourced them!
Love x
This is me, Andrea and the lovely Stef
