Alexa Chung For Madewell

I rarely get excited about the whole celeb/label collaboration thing. I mean, most of the time it just feels a little too much like a publicity stunt and often the clothing line doesn't match the celeb's style.

This however, is something I am excited about. I have always been a fan of Alexa Chung (or anyone who fancies dressing up a bit nannerish at times). When I first heard about her I was immediately drawn to her style and the consistency of it. I even fell in love with her hair and played with the idea of cutting mine just like hers. Well, that was until my boyfriend grunted about how he totally dislikes her hairstyle. Ah what would he know, I think most girls would agree that it is a super cute do. Or am I the only one?  Why do most guys prefer long hair anyway? uh! sorry slight ramble moment. Ok where was I. Yes. Alexa Chung for Madewell. Loving this new collaboration and I have already started my google hunt on where I can make the purchase.

So what is her vision you ask? "I want to bring back 40's tea dresses, 60's mod dresses, I want to bring cute back".

Ps. Socks with Clogs. Yes please.
